In order for our soursop fruit powder to be made without binding agents or any other chemicals we have to use fresh fruits which are only semi-ripe. If you attempt to make soursop fruit powder with fully ripe fruits the resulting powder is sticky and clumps together, it's not a smooth, dry powder. Whilst using semi-ripe fruit means we can produce a smooth dry powder it means we can't capture the full flavour of fully ripe fresh soursop. This powder is lightly sweet. For a soursop product that captures the flavour of the fresh soursop fruit you should definitely try our dried soursop. It's soft, sweet, chewy and delicious! Our soursop fruit powder is made by dehydrating then finely grinding the flesh of mature semi-ripe soursop fruits. The powder is intended to be used as a healthy supplement which can either be sprinkled onto various types of foods like yoghurt or cereal, added into numerous foods like ice ceam and cakes or finally mixed with water or milk to make a drink. Just like our dried soursop and soursop crunch, the soursop fruit powder is 100% pure too so you can be comfortable in knowing that you're consuming only pure fruit. No nasty chemicals, preservatives, flavourings or sweeteners are added! If you want to incorporate soursop into your diet and benefit from its nutritional properties then our soursop fruit powder is perfect for you. Conveniently packed in small packets you can either take this in your bag and make a drink / sprinke on your cereal when you arrive at work or you may prefer to purchase our bulk packs and enjoy regularly at home. Also known as Graviola, corrosol, guanabana, guyabano, sirsak, durian belanda, bullock's heart, prickly custard apple, and soursap. Annona muricata. Origin Sri Lanka.
