Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or phone. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items. Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible. Due to the nature of herbal and food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they are faulty or not as described.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or refund, please contact us with your order details, a description of the issue and photographs where applicable. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
