This product is the whole dried flower and therefore will contain pods and stems. To use, simply drop in to hot water and season with citrus and honey for a delicious, relaxing tea. For other preparations, please ensure that you separate the petals and pods for use. Ancient recipes call for approx. 5g of flower per 1-litre of liquid, equal to about 1.25g per cup - with each flower weighing 1-1.5g, making this easy to dose correctly.
